Returns & Exchanges

At Bebe Amour, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in gift-ready condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
